Everyone should have the chance to enjoy their wedding planning process and we're here to make sure you do just that. If you need a little more help without breaking the budget, this event management package is the perfect fit! Our team will gather around you to check off last minute tasks, craft your layout and timeline + handle those unavoidable detail questions that come up. All you have to do? Relax!

BEFORE THE WEDDING DAY:
- Provide unlimited correspondence starting 8 weeks prior to wedding day
- Provide limited correspondence prior to the 8 weeks for vendor + planning questions
- Host 2 meetings to cover your meeting time (rental appointment + final decor review)
- Preferred vendor's list access
- Planning guide checklist
- Create an hour-by-hour wedding day timeline
- Curate expert layout for wedding day!
- Lead walk-through of venue space
- Create a detailed weather plan
- Act as main contact for vendors, starting 8 weeks out from wedding day
- Direct ceremony rehearsal, one hour
ON THE WEDDING DAY
- Celebrate with a wedding gift!
- Arrive at wedding site when venue open
- Provide communication to vendors
- Check on bridal party the entire event
- Stay the entire event!
- Bring an emergency kit for planner, wedding, and bridal needs! (example: sewing kit,lighters, scissors, body tape, bobby pins, and more!)
- Have 1-2 additional assistants on-site
- Coordinate setup + schedule of event
- Direct walk times for ceremony + intros!
- Act as main contact for vendors: they come to us - not you!
- Distribute vendor tips + remaining payments (please have in an envelope)
- Pack personal gifts/decor post-exit
- Manage venue and vendor clean up
