- Send you a welcome gift!
- Host monthly progress meetings
- Manage budget + invoice tracking
- Book + communicate with all vendors
- Create + produce a one of a kind design plan
- Organize a decor list for final details
- Oversee rentals + inventory within venue
- Construct a wedding planning timeline
- Create and assist with full venue layout
- Create a detailed weather plan
- Assist with invitation sourcing + sending
- Give expert advice on seating chart
- Run a final walkthrough of the space
- Make + distribute wedding timeline to vendors
- Direct ceremony rehearsal, one hour
ON THE WEDDING DAY
- Check on bridal party through the event
- Be onsite from start to finish
- Celebrate with a wedding day gift!
- Oversee design execution
- Bring an emergency kit
- Have applicable assistants on-site
- Coordinate ceremony and flow
- Assist with bustling of the dress (if applicable)
- Coordinate setup + schedule of event
- Direct walk times for ceremony + intros!
- Act as main contact for vendors: they come to us - not you!
