1 TEAM MEETING PER MONTH
ANNUAL TEAM RETREAT
1-2 STYLED SHOOTS A YEAR
ADMINISTRATIVE TASKS - COMMUNICATING WITH CLIENTS AND VENDORS IN A TIMELY MANOR, DEVELOPING A WELCOME PACKET, EMAILS, SPREADSHEETS, VENDOR PACKETS AND UPDATING NOTES AS NEEDED
PARTICIPATE IN SHOOTS, STYLINGS, AND MEETINGS AS SCHEDULED
MAINTAIN A POSITIVE, TEAM PLAYER ATTITUDE
UNDERSTANDING THE COMPLEX NEEDS OF EVENTS + A VARIETY OF CLIENTS
MAINTAIN A WORKING RELATIONSHIP WITH VENDORS AND CLIENTS
COORDINATING WITH VENDORS AND TEAM MEMBERS
MANAGE AND OVERSEE EVENTS THROUGHOUT THE WEDDING DAY - SET UP, WELCOMING GUESTS, SEEING TO VENDORS, ANSWERING QUESTIONS, ETC.
ABILITY TO DELEGATE NECESSARY TASKS TO TEAM MEMBERS
DEVELOPING A DETAILED VENDOR PACKET CONSISTING OF LAYOUT, TIMELINE, AND ADDITIONAL INFORMATION NEEDED
REQUIREMENTS
1+ YEARS OF COORDINATION AND/OR EVENT EXPERIENCE
STONG COMMUNICATION AND ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS
ABILITY TO COMMUNICATE IDEAS AND EVENT LOGISTICS
1 YEAR MINIMUM COMMITMENT
