Chelsy was extremely helpful since day one, and she was the fourth person we met with. Immediately she had a calming presence and knew her stuff. We loved the idea of how the company works and how they have multiple people on site to help with wedding day preparations. I do not exaggerate when I say our day was PERFECT, and I owe all of it to Chelsy and her team. Even if something went wrong or not as planned I would have had no idea. She kept us right on schedule the whole time and even when a few things took longer than expected she was right there with an answer and how to make it work! They set up and decorated everything beyond what I had imagined. Chelsy even handled things that went wrong with our caterer months before the wedding and helped sort all of that out and helped destress the situation, and she helped me planned some fun surprises for the hubby on the day!
